Cancellation Policy

Course places can be purchased on our store or by contacting Apex Medical & Rescue directly. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel course bookings.

Canceling a Course Place

You can cancel your place on a course up to two months prior to the start of the course date for a full refund.

When there is less than two months prior to your course you will not be eligible for a refund. However, where possible we will attempted to move you to anouther course date where possible as long as there is space on that course. Canceling that rescheduled course will result in no refund or a third set of course dates being offered.

Payment Plans

If you have agreed a payment plan for a course, the above cancellation rules apply.

If you have a payment plan that runs into the course you will be liable to pay the full balance if there is less than two months to the course date, or if you are mid course in the event of cancellation.

Course certificates will not be issued until payment plans are complete and full payment has been made.
