The Qualsafe Level 3 Award in Forestry First Aid +F (RQF) for tree surgeons, farmers and anyone working in forestry, agricultural or remote environments — meeting Forestry Commission first aid requirements.

First aid for forestry and land work
For people who work, or intend to work, in forestry, agricultural or remote environments, such as tree surgeons and farmers.
It covers the injuries and illnesses specific to that work as well as core workplace first aid.
Syllabus
What's covered
The Emergency First Aid at Work syllabus, plus the extra forestry (+F) content.
- Assessing an incident, unresponsive casualty, CPR and defibrillation
- Choking, seizures, shock, wounds and bleeding
- Catastrophic bleeding and crush injury
- Lyme disease and adder bites
- Minor injuries, burns and scalds
Training a team? We can run this course privately at your venue or ours.
Qualification
What you leave with
On completion you hold a Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work qualification and a Level 3 Forestry First Aid qualification, meeting Forestry Commission first aid requirements.
