The Qualsafe Level 3 Award in Outdoor First Aid (RQF) is a two-day course for instructors, group leaders, Duke of Edinburgh staff and anyone working or adventuring away from quick help. It covers casualty assessment, CPR, bleeding, fractures, head injuries, hypothermia, heat illness and managing a casualty over a long period outdoors. The certificate is valid for three years.
